We work with general contractors, architects, and directly with tenants depending on the project structure.
Yes. Single-glazed glass office partitions provide basic visual separation. For meeting rooms, executive offices, therapy rooms, or any space where acoustic privacy matters, we install double-glazed partitions with sound-rated interlayers and proper perimeter sealing to achieve STC 38–45 ratings. We coordinate with acoustic consultants when specific STC targets are specified in your project drawings.
Yes. We carry five million dollars in general liability insurance and full WSIB coverage. Certificates of insurance and bonding letters are available on request for tendered projects. Jay is personally present on every commercial job — you work directly with the owner from measure through installation.
Commercial storefronts are aluminium-framed assemblies — Kawneer and Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope are our primary systems — with tempered or laminated glass infill. We install the complete system including framing, glass, hardware, automatic operators, locking, and ADA-compliant entry. Entry systems range from single-leaf to multi-panel automatic sliding configurations. We coordinate with the GC on rough opening and structural requirements before fabrication begins.
Yes. We have extensive experience with after-hours and weekend installations in occupied tenant spaces across Toronto and the GTA. We dust-control, protect adjacent finishes, and stage materials to minimize disruption to business operations. Most office glass partition installations can be completed over a single weekend. We can also phase work across multiple nights when a full weekend shutdown is not possible.
Yes. For commercial glass work we provide stamped shop drawings and structural calculations where required by the municipality or general contractor. We coordinate inspection scheduling and can provide engineering letters and CSA-compliance certifications on request.
