Yes. Older Port Credit homes — particularly Victorian revival and 1920s–1940s stock — often have walls that are not plumb and alcoves that are not square. Our laser measuring system captures every angle and dimension precisely, and the glass is fabricated to match. We do not cut corners to make a non-standard space accept a standard panel. If a space is out of square, we measure it out of square and build it that way.
Mississauga Building Division is generally considered one of the more efficient permit offices in the GTA for residential work, which is useful when a railing permit is on the critical path of your renovation timeline. We supply OBC-compliant 10mm and 12mm tempered glass and provide engineering documentation for your permit application on request.
